Mission Statement:

Art of Business Coaching solves organizational challenges by enhancing leadership and followership interactions. Embodied leadership coaching uses Laban based somatic practices, which include verbal and non-verbal communication, to build effective team cohesion. Organizational behavior interventions help with employee motivation, performance outcomes, and help establish a strong and trusting relationship between colleagues and managers. In the context of individual or team coaching, ABC identifies patterns of human interaction to foster improved rapport between leaders, employees, clients, and customers.

Somatic patterns are physical sensations and movements experienced by an individual. The primary methodology of ABC’s interventions is to modify interactive behaviors by identifying, measuring, and adjusting the somatic patterns of our clients. While useful at any organizational stage, embodied leadership interventions are particularly helpful during periods of expansion, merging, transition, or downsizing.

Art of Business Coaching applies theory and evidence from valid empirical research and documented practices to develop an actionable plan based on the client’s projected goals. Our evidence-based coaching model assists clients in developing interpersonal and team management skills.
